handy bus stopatrocious lightingdingy feeling
The location was decent. The bus stop right outside was handy for getting around.
My room, supposedly a 'beautiful corner room,' felt more like a broom closet. the lighting was atrocious. I practically needed a searchlight to find my suitcase. and the 'view' was mostly of the neighboring building's air conditioning unit.

the location is fantastic!!! i could easily walk to many attractions and public transport options, so convenient. the staff were super professional and always ready to help, that's a major plus.
the room was a bit noisy, even when i closed the windows. i suggest requesting a room facing the rear for a quieter stay.

many choicessliding doorsmall bathroom
The breakfast included many choices. It seems staff are pleasant.
The room felt smaller compared with other hotels I had in Iceland. The bathroom had a sliding door that did not close fully, this bothered me. The sink outside the door to the rest of the room was also strange.
the location proved convenient. bus stop #9 was just outside the entrance. i appreciated that the hotel sat at the edge of the downtown area.. this made it very walkable.
our room felt TOO small. even with the suitcase placed, there was minimal space to move. i found the experience more akin to a 3-star hotel. the small window barely allowed any cold air inside.
